Open Question: Can I be an actor even though I have acne?

Well, I am a 16-year-old aspiring actor, I was prepared to join the talent agency. I have noticed that in movies, television, all the actors and famous people who have a clear skin! Now, this makes me very worried. I have acne. This is not a serious or very bad. I have my chin a few black, red and swollen, my forehead every time a breakthrough, and for some time.
