Open Question: i have a huge cyst in my nose.. how can it go away?

I have a huge cyst on my nose, its red, it hurts. Its beeen a week there, its much larger. I have my mouth under a cyst rights. My mother said that the menstrual period cuz. I doubt it. I can not do any pop-up, cuz its too far away inches and my acne treatment doesn't even work! How can I get rid of it? Its super-clear!
