Open Question: I have questions with acne…help?

I am 16, I felt like a person's face, nose and lower part of my random breakthrough has never been a serious acne, I really do not even now … I hate these reasons, I really can not conceal my would like to know what works to get rid of it as mild acne? My mother thought I borther, and now his face is completely clear .. but I am just worried that these pills are too serious, there are many side effects acutane pills. This is true? ? i do not want to be a pill has affected me a lot. What if it was that I should try? helppp
