Open Question: allergic reaction to bactrim! should I go to the ER?

I have been taking my severe acne cotrimoxazole since last Friday .. and I woke up this morning, very itchy, I know this may be cotrimoxazole, and throwing it away. Ah … now I am on my neck, abdomen, knees and elbows rash, it is like crazy itchs! I spent a number of diphenhydramine, but I should go to the emergency room? It is the night where I am .. like 10:30 how can I do?
