Open Question: How to get rid of body acne\scars FAST?

Summer is approaching, I would like to open the Wana to wear shirt, but I have some on my shoulder and arm acne. It is not serious, but it is still a bit bad. I cure acne from (those) spots traces. How can I get rid of them quickly ??????????
