Open Question: Is it true that the majority of people who suffers from acne are Caucasian?

I do not intend to offend anyone, because in reality, I am with whites, blacks, Puerto Rico, India, and Native American mix. I heard that Caucasian people are those who suffered acne worse. Now, I break out like crazy on my face with cystic acne and I'm just curious. No one knows what a good product, will I work?
