Open Question: Is the meladerm cream legit?

I have a medium brown skin color. I have my next, after a few black spots, mainly due to acne scars. They do not change color serious, but the trouble is I do not feel safe. I've tried, like cocoa butter or vitamin E, a few things, but all have been quite ineffective. I just want to know meladerm true, because from what I read on the Internet works, it sounds great, but I do not know these comments are true or false, I just want some real work, help me? Thankssss!
