Open Question: How Do I Get Rid Of Pimple Redness?

I have acne, but not serious, but anyway my forehead I have a cheeck and 1 the other end is exactly the same as a red mass. When I look at it in mirrior seems like pimple redness, which looks like an old age? Some things in it (small) How do I get rid of it did not pop it (about 7 days of this White)
