Open Question: I need serious acne help! Please!?

Well, I have a little bad acne. In my cheeks and chin are a bunch of pimples. There are so many, they are only red and swollen. I do not have self-onfidence again and I was crying all the time. I need big help! I now mitocyline, but I have another doctor appointment next week. I do not want Accutine because I do not want birth control. I believe this is cystic. Any home remedies? Help ah!
